Kinda like it... Nowadays everyone steers clear of a straight up horror in space movie, and I ask, why? If done correctly, it can be enjoyable..
Movies like Moon, Sunshine, Apollo 18, Prometheus, all fooled around with the concept, never completing it and steering to another direction..
This one looks like a straight up Zombie in Mars kinda movie.. And it looks good...
I was thinking it's what Prometheus was marketed as. Hopefully it is indeed a straight-up horror film!

shareI just saw the trailer and I'm very excited. I loved PROMETHEUS - watched it 5 or 6 times. I agree that LAST DAYS ON MARS looks very similar. I like ultra-serious sci-fi that fleshes out the environments that the astronauts explore from. Looks like some awesome set design and other coolness in this.

You really have no idea what you are talking about. Prometheus never tried to be a space horror movie, it had much grander aspirations. Now how those turned out to be is another question, but you make it look like they tried to make a space horror movie and failed:)
