Last week on the guys episode the one guy said he really wasnt scared because he knew the producers wouldnt let anything happen to him, so thats not really "scaring them straight" if they know they still have security. i think they should make them stay the night or week and really see what its like because them staying for 4 hours aint nothing especially with a bunch of people protecting them.

When someone enters a prison that prison is then responsible for the safety of that person. This is especially true with kids. Prisons get some leeway with prisoners because they have committed a crime but its still true to an extent.
If a prisoner beat up a kid, that prison is then liable for the damages. The prison is responsible for controlling the inmates. And an injury will get that prison/warden sued and the plaintiff will definitely win.
