Did anyone see tonight's new episode of Beyond Scared Straight? The inmates had to be some of the scariest looking and most menacing criminals on the show (with the exception of Diabla from season 1). If I was there (not as a bad kid, but just witnessing), I would be scared out of my wits! The scariest part has to be when the inmates get in the faces of the kids, threatening to beat them silly. I'd be terrified.
shareYeah, when they open the cells (while the kids are sitting at a table) and all the inmates charge them yelling in their faces, cursing at them etc... it's INTENSE.

It's amazing how calm some of the kids are when the inmates are screaming at them and threatening them. Either the kids don't care, or they are hiding the fact that they are scared crapless.

In the latest episode, did anyone see that scene where the guy had a cloth over his face, and he was being restrained in a special chair because he was suicidal? He constantly screaming, "Let me out!" Holy cow, that was horrifying......
shareWhy would the kids be scared? They know the inmates (many of which aren't real inmates) won't lay their hands on them with the cameras and guards there. I would be flat out disrespecting them and laughing at them for their situation.
