An episode from last night (25 July 2013)

Can anyone tell me the name of an episode that aired last night? A friend watched it and was telling me about an inmate going after a young boy who claimed he was part of a gang, but he wasn't.

When I go to the official website, the description of last night's episode doesn't seem to match, so I'm wondering if my friend might have seen a repeat that aired before or after the new episode.

I believe the most current episode dealt with the two sisters, 16 and 14, that claimed to be in a gang, a 17 y/o that got man-handled by the guards because of his age, and an overweight teen that was drinking, smoking, bullying and stole his mom's car. He did not get a visitor during the visitation time, and the mom of the two sisters (daughters) was having fits and breaking down.
