"Curfew Violation" is considered breaking the law?

Season 4, episode 6. Theres a chick there that says she broke Curfew... but the state has nothing to do with that right?

I mean, its the parents who enforces that, not the higher ups. Since when did Curfew violation considered to be breaking the law?

Oh i see, thanks. Seems to only affected Juvies under the age of 18 and or martial law (which are very rare)

Curfews are indefensible. Why.sbouldn't kids go out at night?

Yes it is in some cities, most of the larger cities have curfew laws.
