S5 E4 - Queen Anne's County

Just began watching this show on Netflix and have made it to this episode.

Am I the only one who feels this RESET Program is severely flawed? The kids a laughing and continuing to be disrespectful with every exercise! The jail picked quite possibly the least intimidating CO on the payroll, and inmates with very little scare-factor. Every time one of those punks snickered or rolled their eyes? I was waiting for someone to jump down their throat. But instead the leaders pay no mind and just keep rolling. This program needs to take notes from a more experience crew. Jail is an insanely scared place. If the kids aren't scared when they leave, then you've failed them.
