'Promiscuity' is a crime?

I'm watching an episode from season 2. The girl is 13 and one of her "crimes" listed is promiscuity. I realize that sexual behavior is considered problematic for young females but I don't see why that had to be listed as one of the reasons she was at-risk. She was too young to be engaging in sexual activity, but its not like she could be arrested for having sex at a young age. I wonder if the same "crime" would appear for one of the teen boys entering the program? Most people do not stop having sex once they start so I guess her father should send her out with some condoms so that she doesn't get in a bad situation.

Sex at 13 is "problematic?" A father should load his daughter up with condoms once she's had sex? Lol! Are you serious or just trying to start something on a message board?

If you are serious, all I can say is that it is people such as yourself who are partly to blame for some of these kids we see on such programs like this.

Anyone who has sex with a 13-year old is committing a crime.

The "Righties" teach their kids to take responsibility for their actions and to refrain from having sex and having kids until they are married. The Progressives have an "anything goes" mentality and that is why the world has gone into the sewer.

Notice how they never throw BOYS in there, of exactly the same age, for "promiscuity" - absolute bull.
