I was wondering if anyone knew how many years Toby got for assualting his mom?

Was that the kid that when the show went to interview 1 month later, his mom spoke. He (Toby) was in jail. That kid? If so, I don't know. I don't remember if he was 15 or 17 (adult). I'm in law enforcement in California and can help you that way but I would need more details.
