Awful narration

I am not a 12-year old girl. Promise.

But I do acknowledge Bieber's talent. I know his music is generic and pretty lame, but the boy can sing and play music, which puts him higher on the talent ladder than say a Britney Spears or a Pitbull.
Obviously, there are others in this world that are too short-sighted to acknowledge this. So upon seeing the 1.4/10 mark, I thought that the haters took over and didn't want this 'film' to get high marks.

Now, I like my biographies, so I decided to give this a chance.
But, this is truly awful!
What is up with that crappy narrator? Why does she have to say everything that's happening on screen? Very annoying!
