Thanks for the Avril lavigne mention, that adds another to my memory (I'd always added the others, the two JC's that you mention, comedians John Candy (RIP) & Jim Carrey.) While I'm at it, Rush and DeLuxe Toronto, the highly SUPERIOIR branch of the weak sister film laboratory DeLuxe Hollywood. The former almost matched Technicolor, the latter, a misnamed lab started by Fox.
Just shows that Canadian is excellent..
