I know its weird to say that since the comic was 12 issues long but if you've seen the movie then you see that there is at least 20 minutes they could easily cut out.I still didn't mind the movie but like the comic it has some major pacing problems

Actually, not really. If it was any shorter than it ended up being, there would be little to no emotional impact or any meaning to the STORY when Superman is dying.
If anything, we needed a 100 minute movie, not some stupid shortcase.
but there really wasn't any impact as it was. it was basically Im dying then 60 minutes of random unconnected stuff then he doesn't die. I just feel like maybe the reason it has no heart is all the random stuff they forced in it
