"Well hello Thuthan" Uuuugghh. How far down the d-list did they have to go to find this guy? I can't that crap stories like Loeb's Superman/Batman comics got Tim Daly for the adaptation, (stories nobody cared about ever seeing turned into animate dflicks), and All-Star Supey gets this dude. Also, I mean I like Anthony LaPaglia and all but did they have like zero budget for voice actors this time around?

Are you serious? Superman/Batman is one of the better story lines next to Blackest night/ Brightest Day. I love seeing the way Batman and Superman work together.
I also love All Star Superman. but James Denton is not a crap choice. A crap choice would be a voice that doesn't match.
Its like Mark Harmon and William Baldwin in Justice League : Crisis on two Earths. While I prefer Tim Daly and Kevin Conroy for the voices of my two fave super heros, they still did a great job.
James Denton sounded pretty damn good in the trailer.
Both Superman/Batman and All Star Superman are being produced by Bruce Timm who brought us Batman TAS, Superman TAS, Justice League and JLU among other things. I am pretty sure he is a good judge of a voice considering all of those series have done extremley well.
He is brilliant in it. The film is superb- as good as Under the Red Hood. Far better than the majority of cinematic animated films- hell far better than most films full stop.
It is extremely emotional, action packed, well written and acted to boot. The OP is a twonk!
And it's out now and he sounded terrible. The majority of the people on this board agree with me that he gave a flat, wooden vocal performance like he phoned it in. All of you jerks on this thread who praised him to the sky as soon as I said word one are idiots. Yes, he was an awful choice to do the voice and he's a lousy D-list actor. And I was right and you can stfu. To the dumbass who said "By your logic Christopher Reeve shouldn't have been cast in the movie and Bruce Timm knows more than you here's his credits blah blah blah" Just shut up.
