Favorite Dwayne McDuffie work's

The sad news of Dwayne McDuffie's passing has caused me to think about some of the great stories he brought to the comic page and tv screen. His work appealed not only to children, but his writing had enough depth and character to appeal to adults as well. I loved sitting down with my two young sons and watch an episode of Justice League or Ben 10 and enjoy it as much as they did.

As a tribute to his life and career, lets share some of our favorite works by Dwayne.

Myself, I am a big fan of Crisis of Two Earths, but I think the story I most enjoyed was the multi-episode Cadmus Project arc that ran for muliple episodes on Justice League. That story line was complex and compelling and shone a spotlight on so many characters both major and minor and made all of them interesting. It is the best example of super-hero writing for both comics and animation, I have seen in a long time.

Rest in Peace, Mr. McDuffie. You will be missed.

I'll add my appreciation for the Cadmus arc in JLU. That was probably my favorite extended story in the entire series.

The Camus arc. Absolutely hands down amazing.
