Wrong voices

WTF no Clancy Brown, Tim Daly? How hard is that? This is why DC fails.

reply

dont mind that they used different actors....but come on...get a good voice director

supes sounded like he was sleeping through the entire film

Im not sure that was completely denton's fault. Its very stale writing. It would have been hard to do better then he did.I honestly thought for the most part the voices saved what otherwise would have been a very mediocre movie. And Ed Asner is always good in his DC roles

Ironically, the voice direction was done by Andrea Romano also the did the voice direction for the various DCAU shows and the previous DC Universe DTV movies.

I actually thought Anthony LaPaglia did a good job as Lex Luthor. But I didn't care for James Denton.

reply

Edward Asner sucks ass of all ass.

Here we go again with fanboys complaining about the VAs in another DC animated movies. Give it a rest already. We know Daly, Brown, Conroy, Delaney, etc. are great but give others a part. This happens every time. People complain about why can't they get this or that person and dismisses the current ones.

So agreed!

For stand alone movies you'd figure a little leeway is allowed! Its a film not an actual TV series where the voices remain the same throughout!

Anyways hope i get to enjoy it, once i see All-Star Superman DTV for myself!

I wanted to James Marsters as Lex, but other than that, i didn't mind the voices.
