dude, when it wore off, she would die, really quick, 206 bones in the human body, i would think at least 175 would be broken when it wore off. Plus, the child would have super powers, it could reach for a toy, and just fly right threw the wall. Wonder Women is really the only option, in terms of a child.

Why? Any damage she sustained when she was powered wouldn't affect her when she was normal. As far as cartoon logic goes, that's usually how it works.
