Is this anywhere near as godawful as Gotham Knight or Doomsday were? I think not.
this is one of the best animated series based on comic, i wonder why they rated it so low, but there are probably many people who would vote anything animated bad and there are always those transformer type of people who think if there is a scene that doesnt include either fighting or sex the movie is bad.

This was not as bad as Doomsday or Apocalypse
Super date night? Kisses on the moon? Lizard men living in the center of the Earth? This was bloody awful. So. Irredeemably. Stupid.

That was from the comic and that won 3 Eisner awards and is acclaimed to be one of the best Superman comics of all time.
And that's partly why I think this movie deserves a higher rating. Though many of my favorite parts were cut, it was for the most part extremely faithful to the source material.
i rate it a 1.0 because it sucked. the story was slow and the art looked just as bad as the comic. i have really enjoyed these movies except for this one and wonder woman. i cant wait for justice league: doom.
shareAll of These Animated have a 6 something. Rating in general are pretty useless. Except for Mask of the Phantasm. Frankly most of these Animated movies have been pretty good. Better than Most of DC/WB Live Action Movies. Anyone who thinks this is bad has Sh!t for Brains.
