1. The elite team never takes off their jackets when working inside their offices, it's simply not cool to be dressed otherwise

2. Whenever Kane addresses the team, everyone must stand before him while he sits down as if addressing his minions like an Emperor

3. Kane has a shadowy past and if anybody in his team questions it, Kane will smile make a cryptic comment and nobody will dare ask him about it again

4. If you want to make sure your team is a ruthless commando elite unit ensure that your recruitment programme caters for asthmatics and lesbians

5. If you've been previously sexually abused as a child and want to wreak vengeance upon anybody who is suspected of being a paedophile, wreaking such unwarranted and non evidenced revenge is not only tolerated but encouraged

6. Having a rude, arrogant attitude is a prerequisite for working with Elijah Kane

7. If you get beaten up because of your bosses private sordid past, it's perfectly okay to not demand an apology/explanation/answer about why you got the said beating and go about your normal routine

8. When you run into a poorly lit building on the pier that's been flooded with tear gas be sure to wear your custom shades. It improves your aim.
