If they want these movies to stop flopping
they need to stop slapping Rogens face on the poster. they are scaring away half their potential audience.

shareOR they could lower their ticket prices. Movies like these (while not bad) just aren't worth the cost of admmission anymore. I love movies like these, but Not enough to pay a $9 matinee price.
shareYES lower ticket prices...I went and saw ''The Hobbit'' here in Australia and it cost me $22.50.I could just wait a few months and buy it on Bluray for $19.95 and watch it in the comfort of my home with no noisy kids running around
shareIf I don't want to see a movie because a certain actor is it in then I won't go to see that movie. Plain and simple. Everybody has different opinions. I'm not at all a huge Rogen fan but I went to see this because I thought it looked good. As it tuns out, I did enjoy it.
shareWhen I first saw him and his kind of oafish delivery I thought he was odd ... but it's odd in a good way, he is funny as hell and I like his face. I look forward to seeing him in movies because he is intelligent and does not go for the cheapest laugh. Streisand was really good too.

I think he is great and his face on the poster is what mainly attracted me to the movie. And I am sure not the only one, so they should continue
shareI am with you ComedyFan. I too put this on my list to see because of him. It looks like a light hearted comedy to watch for a couple hours to make me forget about everyday crap in the world. I look forward to seeing this on Thursday. So far I have liked just about every movie he has been in.
shareOf course, Paramount could have released a poster and trailer months before they actually did. Except for the fact I'm a Streisand fan, outside of her website, I think there was only a month's worth of publicity. On the other hand, we were seeing trailers for "Parental Guidance" since the end of the summer. So what does that say about the studio's publicity department?
