Travel Mistakes

They leave New Jersey and it seems like they have travels several days in the montage, the scene where he turns around on the highway looks like the southwest. But it turns out they are still on his three meetings in Virginia. Then they are checking into their first hotel and discussing whether to get one or two rooms. That was one very busy day.

After they leave Nashville they are shown crossing the bridge from Memphis into Arkansas. She brings up his old girlfriend they stayed with in Nashville as if they have just pulled out of he driveway, but that bridge is about three hours away from Nashville. He gets mad and tells her not to talk again until they reach Texas. That is still a long trip. Maybe more than a day. A long time for her to not talk. The writers need to look at a map.
