The only person I had already cast in my mind was Janel Parrish as Elody.

I kept picturing Kent as Trent Ford for some reason; though, Trent Ford is obviously too old for this role.
Throughout the book I kept thinking that Sam was gonna fix everything. Stop Juliet from committing suicide, but ALSO stay alive herself, & then live happily ever after with Kent. I think that's what made me the most upset that she died.. because i hurt for Kent. It was really sad to me, but it was a happy sad, so i guess that makes it alright It definitely had an amazing plot, and point to the ending

Switch Emily Osment and Elizabeth Olsen around and there you have it. Though I kept imagining Gillian Zinser as Juliet so that's my dream cast for Juliet right there. Darren Criss as Kent maybe. Elle Fanning might be too big a name to just have a minor supporting role here, she could be one of the trio of Sam's friends. Any generic meathead could play Rob.
shareI think Liz gillies would be good as anyone seems like a project she would like. Also for some reason I picture rob just as any generic guy whose tall and muscly , so maybe an upancoming actor as a first big project.
