The living the same day over and over plot has been done to death
This just looks like another stupid movie trying to recreate Groundhog Day.

shareGroundhog Day+Mean Girls=Before I Fall.Saw it, pretty good. All it needed was Steely Dan's 1973 seminal "Do it Again" during the part when our heroines leave the ;party before the crash.
You know: I didn't know this..(per Wikipedia, though) Sam (Zoey Deutch from "Vampire Academy") is KILLED all those pre-"next day which becomes the same" scenes! Gruesome..I'll have to read the book..of the demos I have Suzie Collins's first "Hunger Games" book and Jeanne Ryan's "Nerve".
What are the other ones?
sharethe OP is obviously wrong. of course there are a couple of films that involve time loops, but really comparable to this particular concept i could only name "happy death day", which due to the (spoiler!) copout ending of "before i fall" was way superior. with a more clever ending BIF would have stood on it's own feet.
short list i found, involving time loops:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_films_featuring_time_loops
out of that list, apart from the 2 already named, yet with completely different concepts, by far the best ones are repeaters, triangle and timecimes, which are all absolutely fantastic.
I don't mind movie makers using that structure again, just so long as they do something interesting with it.
