Does This Count as a Goof?

I just noticed something in the film a few minutes ago at 0:31 in the movie and I would like your opinions on whether this will be accepted as a Goof on this site. Okay, at 0:31 in the movie, Gru picks up the girls to put them to bed but in the shot before he does this, Agnes is holding Kyle in her arms. But once Gru picks the girls up, Kyle doesn't appear. I read the guide (for the Goofs) and I'm new, so I want to know whether this would count as a Goof or not since the guide says something about the fantasy world and how the directors may put stuff into the film and mean to. So again, I'm just wondering if this would count as a Goof or not.
