Are you talking about Disneys hidden A113 in their movies? If so, there is none, because this isn't a Disney movie.
shareActually its not just in Disney movies, if someone worked on The movie that went to that school, I forget the name of it at the moment but they put it in there, its a classroom number. Its actually in regular movies not just cartoons, for example Brad Bird put it in the last mission impossible movie

shareA113 has also appeared in episodes of The Simpsons, American Dad, Tiny Toon Adventures, Rugrats, Harvey Birdman Attorney at Law. It's appeared in a couple non-Pixar movies too, including the most recent Terminator movie, Iron Giant, Lilo & Stich, and the Brave Little Toaster.

A113 was the animation lab at Cal Arts. As noted above, animators who studied there make the references.
There is no John Ratzenberger because he's in Pixar's movies, and this is Universal/Illusion Mac Guff.
