Rose is so so annoying. I could hardly watch when she was onscreen and since she's the main character, that pretty much ruins the entire movie. this movie/book is a very cheap, poorly made knock-off of Harry Potter and Hogwarts.

shareWhat I can remember from the book, the movie stayed true really well. That sense of annoying that you get from Rose? She is like that in the books as well. She is my least favorite character in the series. But then again it is nothing new to me to dislike the main character of something. Sadly, she was much more likable in the film than she was in the book to me.

At least in the book, at least she was consistent. The first half she acted like Katherine from The Vampire Diaries then she became pretty bland to me the rest.
I would always rather be happy than dignified.
You haven't read the book (otherwise, you wouldn't call it a HP ripoff), therefore, in my opinion, you just lost all credibility

Your right her handling of the whole Adrian situation was awful, the fact is she probably never should have been with Adrian in the first place, it was always going to end badly for Adrian because at the end of the day she could never and would never completely let go of Dimitri.
shareI agree with you I would find her annoying in real life, but in the movie I loved her! I thought Deutch was on-and-off when she was in Ringers but I thought she was spot-on here.
