If it's not a cancer risk, and she doesn't mind how it looks, there is no reason to have it removed.

A dermatologist can take that off in under 5 minutes and it's not expensive.

Small imperfections like a mole that's not in the middle of someone's face, a small scar, a birthmark, or a slightly misaligned tooth can enhance attractiveness. Not everyone will think so, but some will. Apparently she does.

There's this Portuguese host "Catarina Furtado" for ages she had a mole like that in the chin and you know what, that's how people referred to her, oh yeah the cutie with the mole on the chin. It stuck, trademark.
Another explanation would be she just couldn't care less
