Is the extended version better or worse?

Did anyone see both versions? The extended version was 20 minutes longer.

From what I read it is not better, the theatrical version is a trimmed version, and the better version. There is nothing new, or substantial, in the extended version, just most scenes are a bit longer.

But if you love the movie a lot, and want to watch the second time, not just few scenes, but the whole thing, then maybe the extended version is for you.

Thanks, extended versions always seem worse than theatrical versions, I can think of just four exceptions: Hollow Man, Kingdom of Heaven, Hancock, Troy.

I can't see the extended version being better.

If anything a shorter theatrical version would probably be better.

The Taylor Swift bit and the montage scene could have easily been left on the cutting room floor.
