Low opening weekend?
A jokey tweet, but maybe not looking good (I've read 25-30m opening is predicted but bet it opens lower)

I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO THIS MOVIE...BUT NOT IN THEATERS...THAT IS BECOMING RARER AND RARER FOR A LOT OF PEOPLE...WATCHING AT HOME IS TOO EASY AND TOO COMFORTABLE.
shareits a movie about a forgotten 80s tv show that no one asked for
shareI’m thinking it opens under 20 million. I don’t think there is that much interest in it.
shareI watched it. I don't think it's going to be the action film of the year, but I did enjoy it a bit more than Challengers, also Bullet Train as well.
shareNo way it's less that $25m. It already had an international OW in just 38 markets.
Deadline: In new play, Universal’s Ryan Gosling/Emily Blunt-starrer The Fall Guy started early at overseas turnstiles with $8.7M from 38 markets. The David Leitch-directed action-romcom and ode to stuntmen, landed with No. 1s in Australia, Netherlands and several others.
We'll see. It looks awful but people like Ryan Gosling and Emily Blunt.
The trailers are a mess.
I'll probably see it but it's not my first choice.

THR caught me off guard with this projection. They’re saying David Leitch’s “The Fall Guy,” being released 8 days from now, is currently tracking for a $35 million opening. I thought it would be much higher than that, maybe in the 50s.
