Did India orgasm while Charlie played the piano? + other questions

I liked this film a lot, although I'm aware the most common perceptions about it are 'disturbing', 'boring', 'stupid' etc. I got really involved while watching it because I love the lead actors and the subtle symbolism in the story. On to the questions:

(1) Did India have an orgasm while playing the piano with Charlie and he put his arm around her? That scene was meant to be erotic and from the way she was looking and breathing and moving her legs... Trivia on IMDb mentions the fact that India raises her right foot whenever she has an orgasm, and she definitely did in the duet scene. What do you think?

(2) Was incest implied in this film? Or is it just my imagination? Does Charlie have other feelings toward India? Why was Charlie so interested in India, driving her from school, looking after her etc. If they had run away together, what would have they done? What would have they lived like - niece and uncle, or man and woman?

(3) I got a bit confused by the attempted rape of India scene. At first, Charlie comes out of nowhere and ties Whip up with belts and then India starts hitting him on the ground, but then a minute after that there's a scene where Whip is on top of India, untied, and Charlie strangles him from behind. How do you explain that? Did Whip untie himself and he got on top of India, knowing that Charlie was behind him.. ?

I know some of these questions are obvious and silly, but I want to double-check if I understood the film correctly. Thanks for your answers!

While it's not overtly stated, I'd say she did.

(2) Was incest implied in this film? Or is it just my imagination?

I don't think it's your imagination, I think the writing/directing definitely means to send the viewers' thoughts in that direction. Again, it's never resolved one way or the other, so it's up to interpretation as to how Charlie really loved India.

(3) I got a bit confused by the attempted rape of India scene.

It seems to me that Whip gets his hands untied, but his feet might still be bound. He grabs India's foot, tripping her, then throws himself on top of her, shouting that he'll kill her. (He obviously wasn't thinking clearly, as Charlie is still nearby.) Charlie then picks up the belt, using it to strangle Whip, finally snapping his neck.
