He is a worm and I don't recall any quotes, but I found the whole part where he started talking and the reaction to that hysterical.

Obviously he is a pet worm or caterpillar(or their equivalent in the Troll world.)

As for quotes, I think Mr. Dinkles had only one, "Oh snap."
