Funniest scenes

So far this is one of the best French movies I've ever seen.
Funniest scenes (actually two)... when Driss found out what the white groves are for and the shaving scene at the end especially the Hitler part. Too bad I was watching this in a 'Quite Zone' in a train and I can't laugh out loud the way I always does.

Yep I loved the moustache scene too!

I loved the moustache scene too especially because my dad has done that more than once himself! I just found Phillipes reaction to some of the things Driss did hilarious! The stocking part was funny and when Driss starts talking about how he's got loads of artistic talents because he sold it for 11,000 euros

When Driss was talking about Phillipe's pen-pal, 'she could weigh a lot or she could be a 2ft tall'. And the dancing scene with Driss. Actually, that was more a 'feel-good moment'.

mine too
did you also watch it on bbc?

reply

Yes, I did. Initially, i was ignoring it because I was tired and didn't want to read the subtitles, but it was too appealing to resist. It was a really a good film and it woke me up.

The bathroom scene was very funny! First day at the job and Driss messes up. Couldn't stop LOL.The moustache is also good.

I think the entire film had a good sense of humor! I loved it and will cherish this movie for a long time.

There were several scenes (all involving Driss), that had me in splits.

His multiple exchanges with Magalie in particular made me laugh out loud the most (with the hilarity heightened due to Magalie's expressive reactions); the most memorable being the scene where Driss is feeding Philippe and Magalie walks in...his gaze gets fixed at her behind and he accidentally prods at Philippe's face with the fork.
