...that some believe that Twilight is sexist and misogynist and the others believe that those who believes that Twilight is sexist and misogynist are sexist and misogynist. Personally i like all the Twilight movies (except the 4 movie) and i also like blade, let me in (the original version), we are the night,Nosferatu and nearly all vampire movies (except underworld which i found that is a bad rip off of matrix with vampires.)

I am only there for the eye candy, nothing more. These stories are fun - so those who have to sit back and call people names and attach all sorts of other things to it, just are hateful of other peoples happiness.
I have serious issues with these stories yes, but nothing more than the obvious bad writing on part of the author.
I don't think they are sexist or perverse or anything like that, no more than any other Vampire stories are perverse, being in the realm of necrophilia as most of them are.
Aside from that, I see nothing wrong with them or those who love them.

Twilight haters are far more sexist than Twilight itself. The societal hatred of Twilight is due to the fact that women like it-under the patriarchy, Twilight is stupid, because women are stupid. Notice that Batman, football, Transformers, and other such nonsense doesn't get anywhere near the amount of hate that Twilight does, because it's approved of by men. It's based on the misogynist assumption that male media preferences are the correct ones, simply because they are male. The haters are just immature frat boys who have no argument that goes beyond "lolz omg twiliet is gay, gurls liek stoopid stuf!!1".

I'm from Egypt, and from where I live, I always see America and the west pretty progressive regarding civilization, human rights and feminism. However, I am shocked that a nation like America, this civilized, is falling into this trap. Every website or forum I've ever been has these kinds of comments: calling everything misogyny or sexism or racism. I'm a die-hard feminist, and I believe that this series showed absolutely no misogyny at all.
shareA girls falls in love with two guys, in itself creates an awkward situation that could be seen as sexist, but I don't think that was the intent. Some critics over-react.
