Why is it that people who hate these kind of spoof films are immature and hateful and the ones who like them are comparatively more well adjusted (going by the examples in this thread).

Given the kind of slapstick and at times juvenile humour of these spoof films it should be vice versa shouldn't it? Quite counter-intuitive!

Because we hate these movies and have fun trashing them. But there are the fans on here who take it to heart and bash us for it. Its more fun to hate a movie then like it.
