I don't know if anyone has asked this yet, but did you ever wonder why they didn't change the names of the Edward and Jacob doppelgangers in this spoof, as they did with Bella's. She became Becca, so why weren't their names changed also, to say Edgar or Edwin or Jason or James?

Probably for the same reason they didn't change the names of three of the four kids (from "Chronicles of Narnia") in "Epic Movie". Said reason is they just didn't care.

For the Team Edward/Team Jacob fight at the beginning? That is the only thing I could come up with that made any sense.

Becca, Bella, Betty, whatever. She is just so boring why not call her by the wrong name.

they changed their last names if it helps.
Jacob Black became Jacob White
Edward Cullen became Edward Sullen
Probably kept the first names the same so they could use the team Jacob/team Edward fangirl fighting.
