So other actors have played these rappers in biopics. Anthony Mackie wasn't very good as Pac, but since he was already on the timeline he should still play Tupac, and Dre and Suge from Straight Outta Compton should be on here too. They got Biggie back but where's everyone else?
shareBecause this has no connection to any of them. I believe they chosed Gravy to play him again because that was the easiest route to cast Biggie since they had to start film production in order to maintain the music rights by the end of the year, instead of doing worldwide casting search which that takes months. I think that also goes with majority of the casting since no one heard about no big, public auditions, which you think it should be especially for a Tupac film, but I digress.
