Looks surprisingly good I must say, I was wondering if Demetrius had the ability to portray the same passion as Pac did when he spoke but that shows some signs of that... Not 100% of course (only the real deal could do that) but yeah better than expected

Its garbage! Demetrius does not become Pac like Denzel Washington becomes Malcolm X AND Warren Beatty becomes Bugsy. Its a cheap imitation, no layers, no complexity, just wilding out (like I thought). Once again, the MOVIE TRAILER looks cheap, no narration, nothing that would make me want to run to see this movie. They are portraying TUPAC as a Gangster Rapper. In the trailer they show Tupac "shooting someone". Who the heck is he shooting? This movie is going to upset tons of people because they are not showing Tupac as a human being.

It's a teaser ppl ccoalm down it ain't the full trailer and it was still good and well made and @missgangsmashers u must wanted marcc rose to play pac but Demetrius is as good as you gonna get he is a way better actor than marcc rose btw i wish they would have showed the outlawz, dre , snoop, in that trailer but i sure we will see them when they release the full one.
shareTeaser??? How may teasers do we need? They gave us a teaser on June 16 (Pac's Birthday). It was horrible to me (I am entitled to my opinion). No I don't want Marcc Rose. Personally I feel that Josh Harraway would have been great in a "different" movie about Tupac because once again: "garbage".

Yeah I'm kind Of the fence about it it looks alright . I think they should've shot F. Gary Grey to direct or John Singleton would have done a better choice. Maybe Romany Malco as Pac.

The names of the guys you would have got play pac are hilarious Josh Harraway and romany malco that will be comedy biopic smh but yall are entitled to yall opinion and with you enough teasers already just release the full trailer already.
shareWell it takes a bit more than just a trailer to be for sure, and I mean you can't expect every biopic for the actor to 'become' the person they are portraying... And I mean people love STRAIGHT OUTTA COMPTON, nobody 'became' the person they were playing but it was still reasonably entertaining
And considering that the movie was rushed due to musiclicensing running out and having to trade John Singleton to Benny Boom in the director's seat I was pleasantly surprised by the trailer as it seems like it can be an effective piece of work
How 'true' everything is remains to be seen but there is not a single movie based on a true story or person that haven't had things changed to make a more powerful movie, heck in some cases the movie resembles nothing of what the true story actually was
We'll see if it all works as a complete movie or if it only works as a trailer but yeah my hopes for it being good have doubled after this trailer
And sure they seem to portray Tupac a bit as a gangster but that's what Tupac tried to do as well half the time and he did shoot at some cops, hung out with alot of Blood gang members and etc etc so there was a bit of a gangster in Tupac for sure... So portraying him as a goodie two shoes would be wrong as well
But they will probably show more sides to him in the actual film, but those scenes might not work that well for the trailer as those 'gangster scenes' did

Well I am definitely not looking for the goodie two shoes aspect either (BORING)...I am just not convinced that the movie is going to be good OR should I say to my "liking" (even though you brought up interesting points). Just not feeling it.
If I was not aware that the movie was about Tupac, it LOOKS (to me) like another cliche movie about a Rapper living out his Gangster Fantasies. This movie doesn't have the TUPAC STAMP on it.
I recently looked at the Movie Trailers for Bugsy and Malcolm X and they show different levels and different sides of them SO a trailer showing all of Tupac can be done. Definitely passing on this one. I think I would have more fun making comments on the AEOM Message Board. 

Well you can't judge a full 2 hour (or whatever it's gonna be) movie on a 2 minute trailer
How many movies have not been cut up to appear like action movies in the trailers but the final product was actually superslow? So it could be that they just picked out some of the most intense scenes in the movie to show that this is not your typical Biopic, but the actual movie will be filled with scenes ranging from a greater spectrum of emotions and events.
We will see, like I said my hopes were low going in but this looks perfectly watchable.

I think he has the right idea of how Tupac sounded when turned up, but he needs to take it down a notch. He still sounds as forced and amateur as he did in the first clip released in April, especially during the maximum security scene. He needs to be a little more casual, and stop trying so hard to act.

They don't show 2pac shooting anyone. Only AT someone. Might be in retaliation to a situation.

I don't know if you're responding to me, but I wasn't asking a question. I was answering it, and I wasn't accusing Tupac of shooting for the hell of it. As I said, he was probably gunning at the off duty cops for harassing a black man, just like what happened in real life.

You are aware 2Pac shot at 2 off duty cops in 1994 in Atlanta for harassing some other people in a car right?
shareWell, I can't say for sure this movie doesn't have a footing, even though there's been some bad news about it. This teaser at least recognizes Tupac's potential, and the obstacles he faced trying to reach it, before he met with an early end to his life. He looked as untimely as people perceive his death, especially at the end of the teaser.

shareY'all are pathetic... and very negative. It's been 20yrs (2 decades) and someone is finally giving us a Tupac biopic. The teaser looked good to me. The teaser have me ancipating movie even more now. That's the best someone gonna get looking or sounding like PAC. Stop being so negative and support the film. If you don't like what you see.... Go save up some money and make your own Tupac biopic.
