Would be dumb if they don't have at least Kastro and Napolean represented. I can understand if they need to skip out on some though because it would be too many characters involved.

Yea true could be but from the looks of it based on the pictures on IG they are just going to have those 4 unless Kastro and Napolean are going have a 1 scene cameo non speaking role.
shareWe'll see my guess is that they just have 2 random dudes at one point with no speaking roles that are meant to be them, so much more ground to cover with Tupac's life than just him and the Outlawz after all. Could probably make a whole movie about just that tbh.
