No Yo-Yo?

Yo-yo was Tupac's girlfriend and her character won't be in this movie. But how come Queen Latifah is in this film?
Tupac knew 1000 people, not all of them can make the film... Yo Yo isn't famous enough to make the cut I imagine, had no idea she was his girlfriend at some point... Definitly wasn't in the AEOM days...

shareLatifah is more famous, but just googling a bit it appears that they might have been friends in the early 90's with a bunch of pics of the 2 together:

Also she was the one who discovered Naughty By Nature, and Treach from NBN and Pac were close friends.

I still think that Yo-Yo would've played a bigger role in Tupac's life compared to Queen Latifah.
Yo-Yo is so underrated. Her music was badass.
Yeah but there's always things being changed around, Tupac didn't have a big role in Dr Dre's life yet they put a small role for him in both STRAIGHT OUTTA COMPTON and SURVIVING COMPTON simply because he was famous... while completely leaving out Arabian Prince for instance who was one of the original members of NWA.
But to be fair not everyone can be included in the movie, it would make the movie one long shout out session instead of telling a story. Also I imagine Queen Latifah's role won't be in it that much.
Yo Yo was cool, not heard too much of her but BONNIE AND CLYDE theme with Ice Cube is absolutely brilliant.

It's only been during the last few months I've been listening to a lot of Yo-Yo. She actually looked like the female Ice Cube. She had that rough and rugged look and her rap style was awesome. She actually had that compton style about her.And Yeah Bonnie and Clyde theme with Ice Cube is a epic female/male collaboration.
Have you ever heard of a female rapper named Roxanne Shante? If so, they have done a movie about her which'll be released this year.

Yeah for sure Roxanne, she was in one of the BEEF movies so I know about her but that's cool.
And ahh, it wasn't as amazing as the reputation goes if you ask me (and if you were interested in seeing it because of Tupac "he's" only in it for 1 scene) but it was alright.
