The Trailer - I'm Getting Apprehensive
Yeah, the lead actor definitely looks like him, but I wasn't feeling the same amount of energy that Pac always had.
I hope that this will work out anyway.
I think the Actor (Demetrius Shipp Jr.) looks like him from a superficial standpoint. His head is too BIG. He is also too young to play Tupac. He is not mature enough. Tupac was 25 going on 40. Tupac was very lucid and sharp. Demetrius looks very dull and dimwitted. NO ENERGY! NO CHARISMA! NO FERVOR!

@ missgangsmashers, you know the actor playing him is like 27 right? I'm not sure if you knew or not, but he can't be too young to play Pac if he's older than Pac ever was. No disrespect though, of course. I agree to the OP, his energy seems a bit off in the trailer.
shareI am aware of Demetrius being older but he is not mature. Tupac was very mature for his age. You can look into his eyes and you can tell that Demetrius is too light-weight to play Tupac.
