shareEpisode VI doesn't qualify. Either the main guy (Luke) and girl don't have romantic tension, or else the main guy (Han) and Leia do kiss.
Minority Report has no hookup, but I don't think John and Agatha had romantic tension. Terminator 2 has the same problem; Sarah Conner doesn't make out with anybody, but there's no romance implied in any case.
I don't remember a kiss in Predator. I think that movie fits the bill.
Alien qualifies.
The first Expendables between Stallone and the dictator's daughter. Also, the 2nd Expendables between Stallone and the Chinese chick. Hell, he even turns down Ronda Rousey in part 3. Is he celibate or something in those movies?
