In the film, Ella asks her stepmother whe she so evil is she responds :"Because you are young, innocent and good .and I..." .she does not say the rest of the sentence. I wonder what she would say after "And I..." .

By answering Ella's question of "Why are you so cruel?" with "because"-anything shows the stepmother accepts the word cruel to define herself. The stepmother may have used antonyms to young, innocent or good to also describe herself, but rather than say it her actions (imprisoning Ella in the room) spoke louder than any words.
I guess Lady Tremaine was trying to convince herself she couldn't help being cruel by trying to force Ella to be like her.
shareI think she was going to say something along the lines of being jealous of Cinderellas ability to be kind and happy because she knew she was too bitter and resentful herself, but she didn't want to admit that out load.
