One of the Soundtrack choices is "Scene description." A woman describes what we're seeing when characters are not talking. She also reads the first part of the final credits. Can anyone give me her name?

It's called audio description. It's essentially "subtitles" for the blind, so blind people can experience the action in the film. Most films/shows have this dubbed option now, right along with various dubbed languages
