DELETED SCENE: "Charlie's Best Friend Michael"

Alright, guys, here's my question about this deleted scene. Do you think:

1) This scene was a hallucination?
2) This scene was a memory?

I personally think it was a memory, because after Michael disappears, the boombox is back in place and it looks as if Michael had never been there. Thoughts?

I think it is a memory. Actually,I never saw this scene as a hallucination, because he's holding his best friend photo with the girl he went to the prom before the suicide...
