Wonderful acting by the lead, but...

Wonderful acting by the lead, but that's almost all the good I can think about this movie. From the start to near the finish it just seemed too vague. I couldn't connect with or care about any of the characters, except for the lead. For some reason, it just prevented me from paying too much attention to the film.

Clark: Jonathan Kent; isn't it a little past your bedtime?

You didn't think Ezra did a good job as Patrick? I thought he stole the show.

I thought the 3 leads did a fantastic job.

Logan as Charlie was perfect, his mannerisms were so subtly awkward and you can really feel his more confident change as he makes friends.

Ezra as Patrick was a delight, he didn't play a stereotypical "gay character" but the natural eccentric flare was still there. He was funny.

And Emma Watson also had flawless chemistry with everyone.
