Haven't I seen this before?
White American male action hero, foreign mafia villains, protecting/rescuing a young girl. Throw in glossy special-effects action sequences and chop up the pace to make it seem more interesting. I've only seen clips of "Mercury Rising" but have seen dozens of varieties of this sort of movie.
