When the gal Ask why do they have to beat the casino guy up before killing him, he says u do not understand business... wad does he mean??

that to him, the answer was so rudimentary a concept of "business" that if she didn't understand it, she could not understand business.

Beating the guy first was a warning to the others watching, saying "this is what could happen to you if you screw up." But killing the guy was closing the chapter on the bAd business.
