Marilyn Monroe had a very unique body. Proportionately thick, I like to call it. Small waist, big ass and cute niddlers. The voice, the personality, the legs and even the feet screamed sex. How did the people around her let her slip away before her time?

shareThere is nothing unique about being a skinny pear shape. pears are almost as common as rulers, were even more common back then, and her butt was WIDE, not BIG, it was totally flat. there is nothing about anyone that can scream "sex" unless you're just calling her a huge slut, which I can't say I disagree with.

Boy. How do you really feel? -- Also, she wasn't a slender anything. Marilyn weighed, I think I remember it as, somewhere in the 150s. Paying along women like Lauren Bacall, she looked chunky. Of course, she wasn't chunky at all. The film industry was very harsh on most actresses about their weight (see Judy Garland). Its actually kind of a wonder she got as far as she did!
By no means am I calling Marilyn Monroe fat, by the way. I'm simply remarking on the industry of the time. I, personally, found her gorgeous and charmingly honest. She was very forthcoming about her role in the industry. She wasn't, despite popular belief, an idiot.

Have you seen her costumes displayed? It can't even fit size 0 mannequins as Monroe's waist was 22. You call a 22" waist chunky or chubby?
