I've seen the movie a few times and I know basically it's about these people who goes to like a private hospital or something (I think) for 2 weeks, just to test this new drug, but what are the side effects from the drugs, like why did most of them go completely crazy (apart from the Welsh guy).
shareFrom what I gathered the drug caused swelling in the head which caused them severe headaches and pain, along with making them act differently to how a normal rational person would act. Morty also suggests that the drug is a psychotic which makes people act pretty bonkers anyway let alone with extra pressure on their brains.
However it is never fully explained what the drug is for or what it does so these are all just my suggestions/theories.
It seemed like some sort of psychotic to me. Did you enjoy the film? I found it quite depressing. Wondered what you guys felt?
shareI found it intriguing rather than enjoyable. It's definitely a one time view, I just kept watching to see who did what next. I was never bored though or checked to see how long there was to go. In fact, with hindsight, it seemed to have passed quite quickly.
