You mean the critical response. The audience rating on RT is 91%.

I think Netflix's primary concern is if their own audience likes it and will continue to subscribe for more.

At this point, netflix is trying its best to create an illusion that this film was a great success to lure in more investors (and prevent its stock from falling further). In other words, everything that you are seeing in terms of messaging from netflix is for the investors - and investors only, having very little to do with reality.
I have yet to see one person say that this film was great and well worth the 200 million productions cost tag.

I won't say it's great, but I did enjoy it and will welcome a sequel. It seems we don't get a lot of big-budget action movies that aren't tied into an existing franchise anymore, so I had fun with it.
