How original...
Super special agent with perfect killing skills goes rogue. Evil agency sends other agents to kill him all over the world.
We've seen this this what, 15 times in the last 20 years?

Your thread is about as original as the movie
shareThere were so many 007 movies, which mostly follow similar story lines, still one of the most successful movie franchises. So I don't think that is the main problem.
The problem I think is that it is not done properly, most movies at least make an effort to make the stories believable, I don't think it is the case here. They did not even try, just hoping the audience ignore things like: "If you copy the file, you encrypt the encryption", what does that even mean? How did it get copied in the first place? I don't think the bad guy recorded the evidence of his own crimes, so it is supposed to go out, then why create so many problems for people to copy it.
Lloyd Hansen has to be crazy to order a full on assault in Prague, a sniper would have done a better job and much more discreet, but no, let's create a mess. Unless there was a plan somewhere about faking his own death, that was just beyond stupid. How could someone that stupid was considered successful? He did not exhibit any traits of successful people. He was basically a Disney cartoon villain.
A movie is as good as it's villain, this one is just a brain dead turkey.
