I think if J. B. Bernstein really wanted to find talent of pitchers among raw cricket bowlers, the right country was Pakistan for that. Pakistan has always produced the fastest of cricket bowlers in the world. He would have surely got some exceptional talent in Pakistan.

I don't know why people take things personally. It's a fact that Pakistan has got great bowling talent. Kapil Dev has played alot of more matches than Akram. And Pakistani bowlers Junaid, Aamir etc are still faster than any Indian bowler. It's about acceptance.
I know for a fact that Indian batting is far more superior than Pakistani batting. Similarly we must accept that Pakistan is fast bowling factory. So indeed it was wrong choice of country.
P.S: Bernstein went in 2008 to India, International teams were visiting Pakistan till 2009 :)
